For over 15 years, ATC Zama has supported active duty service members, DoD civilians, and their families near Camp Zama with reliable vehicles and clear, honest service.
Every vehicle includes 2 years JCI and warranty coverage, and our team handles base registration and paperwork from start to finish. We also provide in-house maintenance, diagnostics, body work, PCS support, buy-back assistance, and vehicle exporting services to the United States under the 25-year import rule.

My wife and I got assigned to Camp Zama. Within 24hrs of arriving Ashad from ATC took our information and found us the exact cars we were looking for (for a big family). We ended up buying two cars the next day. Their service was excellent, beyond just selling the cars. They worked with you to solve any issues with the car, and worked all the licensing and titling process on our behalf. Even a few weeks after the transaction, they still went above and beyond to assist us with questions (Toll cards, extra parts, etc) and even offered to re-clean/ozone the car again due to a lingering smoke smell. Had a great experience with this dealer. They were very responsive through their Facebook page and messenger. Helped me understand the process. I didn’t have any vehicle yet and they were able to meet me on base at Atsugi. They were able to provide a loaner car until JCI was complete. Met me again at VRO to finalize paperwork. This was a couple weeks ago and vehicle is still running awesome and smooth considering being an older stateside legal car. All in all, I’m happy. 🤙🏽

I had my car’s windshield replaced and I highly recommend them. The customer service was great, the price was very good, and the new windshield looks perfect. Also gave me a one year warranty. FAQ
Can I purchase or reserve a vehicle before I arrive in Japan?
Yes. You may purchase or reserve a vehicle before arrival and before completing your SOFA driver’s license class. A deposit is required to reserve a vehicle. The vehicle will be released once you have received your valid SOFA driver’s license and all required documentation is complete.
Does every vehicle include JCI?
Yes. Every vehicle sold through ATC Zama includes 2 years JCI.
What warranty coverage is included?
All vehicles include a 30-day bumper-to-bumper warranty and a 60-day powertrain warranty.
Do you assist with PCS transitions?
Yes. We provide PCS support, buy-back evaluations, and vehicle disposal services.
Do you offer shuttle service?
Yes. We provide shuttle service to and from Camp Zama when needed.
Vehicle Disposal Services
If you’re preparing to PCS or leave Japan, we can help you through the vehicle disposal process.
We’ll walk you through the paperwork, explain what’s needed, and handle the details so everything is done correctly. We pay for disposal based on plate classification, regardless of the vehicle’s condition.
